Bespoke items: Please email or ring to discuss your requirements. I will keep in regular contact by email or telephone and for a nominal surcharge can post feather/crystal/ribbon colour samples to you. Pictures are easily emailed to you at each step of the design process to ensure you are completely satisfied with the finished product before dispatch.

Online purchases: Items purchased via my online boutique can be processed very quickly and your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days by first class recorded post. If you require your order at short notice please contact me to advise of dates and I can arrange either special delivery via the royal mail or delivery by courier. This will naturally be subject to an additional postal charge as dictated by the delivery method required.

Delivery: For online purchases delivery is currently charged at a flat rate of £3 per item. Please note that this is for the first class recorded delivery service offered by the Royal Mail and only includes delivery within the UK. If you are purchasing multiple items you will be entitled to a postage discount, please contact me for a quote. Overseas buyers are very welcome but please do contact me for a shipping quote.

Returns: I do accept returns. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase or it has been damaged in transit, please email me with the details to ensure that you refund or replacement item can be processed swiftly.
